Our puppy Winston still isn't "fixed"...which hasn't been a problem since base housing doesn't require it to live here. But lately he has been acting a little strange. I finally figured out why about 2 days ago.
Our neighbors have a girl dog and she isn't fixed either. Well as it turns out, she's in "heat" this month.. so Winston is now a whining and howling mess. All day AND night long. Poor guy.
