36 Weeks

36 weeks down..

and only 4 more weeks to go! That's only 28 days!! Only 3 more doctor appointments! And only 1 more week until I'm considered full-term!

I can't believe it's coming up so soon. I think I say that every week, but seriously this is all so surreal I can't even help it. I'm so excited to be a mommy!
