The Vet

Today I took Carter to the vet for the first time since we adopted him. The adoption clinic said he was positive for Lyme disease so we had to take him in even though he was up to date on his shots. Turns out, Carter is actually 2 years old (When we adopted him, there were papers that said he was 1 and some that said he was 3, so we were unsure) and he is 10lbs overweight haha. It also turns out that he was missing one of his shots, so he got that today.. as well as his prescription for his lyme disease, and his heart worm and flea/tic medicenes. Boy did I spend a lot on him today! haha. He is worth it though :) He is now sleeping at my feet and probably will be for a very long time. He had a long day, afterall!
